Usually start at 5-6 months. But first have to ask your doctor who will give you a time table for baby nutrition. My kids have started at 8 months. Generally paediatricians recommend yoghurt to be added to the diet from a very early age. See link bellow.

Whenever they are allowed to have whole milk. Our peditrician let us start whole milk at 9 months, so she had the yougurt at 9 months too. She loves it.
we use the baby yogurt because the fruit is all ground up. It is no more than regular yogurt for the most part. and she really likes it.

That totally depends on the child. Some kids can start at 4 -5 months other kids bellies are not ready until 6-8 months. I have had 3 boys and all of them started solids at a dif time. Try them on it and if they are spitting up alot or throwing up you might wanna wait a bit longer. It will not hurt them...

Usually once the baby has had milk or milk products. Not normally recommended until 1 year of age. Check with your paediatrician to be sure.
