the fuse panel that controls those i believe is on the driver side of your engine compartment near the firewall. when you lift that cover off, it will give you a map of what fuses are located where and what size to repalce them with.

Most cars show a fuse key on the inside of the fuse box cover.

Assuming that your wipers aren't working, then by a matter of simple deduction....I would say the blown fuse?

Beside agree above answers,I double that the front wiper blades not work is due to blow the fuse.Why don't check the connection.

The blown one ;-). No, it will be on the lid of the fuse holder. Have a look.
