I'm very stupid 2 answer this question but its about 7 inches

There's no such thing as shortest skirt. That depends on the girls built. If a 5"2 girl would wear a mini skirt of a 6 foot model then it wouldn't be considered mini on the 5"2 girl?? wouldn't it? see the logic? It's basically about the length.

the shortest proper skirts (belts only count if you're Jodie Marsh) are micro-mini's. I think!

i saw a girl in an offensively short denim skirt the other day - it just covered her buttocks, but then she leaned slightly forward... and it wasn't a bottom I'd be keen to show off
