as much as it pains me to sat being a Chelsea fan i think Edwin van der sar is the best goalkeeper in the premier league

Petr Cech, if you look at how poorly Chelsea have done without him and how many goals they have let in since hes been injured, but he does get the help of John Terry.
I'm surprised how good Jens Lehmann is as well seeing as he is 37! He can pull off some amazing saves when he wants to.
Jussi Jääskeläinen is also another amazing goalkeeper, Bolton owe a lot to some of his saves.

Pter Cech is the best in ability because of his records and so on, but i think Jussi Jaskenlinin is a goalkeeper that doe not get enough credit, like Brad Friedel.

Petr Cech and Jussi Jaaskelainen. Look at how Jaaskelainen permormed for Bolton against Arsenal in the first leg of the 4th round of the FA Cup. If it wasn't him then Arsenal would have scored Bolton.

Without a doubt it has to be David James for Portsmouth, who is having the run of his life. He's been absolutely incredible for Pompey and their record shows it. Also worthy of note:
Brad Friedel- The americans still got it, saved 2 penalties in a game against Sheffield United to keep a point for Blackburn.
Paddy Kenny-another little known keeper for Sheffield United, was a great help at getting them out of the relegation zone.
Van Der Sar- Man U is on top, and there's a reason why. Van Der Sar has been on great form, despite the broken nose he recieved after colliding with Robbie Keane of Spurs.
