and the next morning i got my period....now i am bleeding again...could i have gotten pregnant? can u really concieve that quick?

No, an egg would not have had time to form and grow to the point where conception could take place (It takes 14 days for the egg, if you count Day 1 as the first day of your period---Day 14 it's fully ready for conception to take place.)

It doesn't sound like a pregnancy but if you are concerned I would take a HPT or go to the dr. for a blood test..If you have a regular cycle you would most likely ovulate around day 14 counting from the first day of your period...keep in mind however that everyone is different...but if you think you may be pregnant take a test..Good Luck~
