I guess you can eat a lot of stuff that has sugar. But drink a lot of juices that have Vitamin C. And take Vitamin C tablets. Taking Vitamin C will make you get rid of your cold faster. Take it regularly to make you not get as many colds. Airbourne(i think that's how you spell it) is really good. It will get rid of your cold FAST. You can buy it at Wal-mart or any drugstore.

Take some AIRBORNE from your local grocery store that will help with the cold(cuz I have a cold and it's been a tremendous help)..With the energy, try drinking sugar-free Red Bull along with UP-time energy pills that can be bought from Circle K

the only thing that works for me is REST - medication really does not do anything but cover the sympthoms. stay in bed for a day or two drink lots of water or water mixed with juices and take your vitamins. my receipe for the beginning of a cold - a large cup of hot tea, some lemon juice, sugar or honey and a good shot of rum. works for me. get well soon.

Vitamin C and Vitamin b12 will booth give you a boost. If you have a health food store or organic market close by, you can buy a product called
Emergen-C. It is a vitamin powder that you mix in water (I know, it sounds gross but it's really not bad) and drink. That really helps. Really good for hangovers, as well I've found. :)

They make this stuff called EmergenC it's sold at walmarts or Walgreen's, probably any drug store would have it, its a powder you add to liquid and you'll feel like you weren't even sick! Its packed full of vitamin c and b-12's
