Hey, I was a stomach sleeper too, but when I got pregnant I got a "body pillow" and wedged it under my stomach and all up and down my body. That way I wasn't actually sleeping on my stomach I was half way on my stomach and half way laying on the side but the pillow held most of the weight off of my stomach. Try getting a body pillow (which is a must have pleasure when your pregnant) and wedge it under your stomach when your laying on ur side, then you can actually roll your tummy on top of the pillow, and you feel like you are sleeping on your tummy but your not. Sometimes I woke up on my stomach too, and my babys came our perfect! Don't worry.

no no no. I am a stomach sleeper also and I had the hardest time not sleeping on my stomach but my doctor told me that is really bad for the baby. The best thing to do is get a full body pillow and lean on that when you go to sleep and you will be less likely to wake up on your stomach.

I don't think you can hurt the baby. At some point it won't be comfortable to sleep on your tummy and then you may want to get a pillow. I am 4 months and I sleep on my stomache.

If you happen to wake up on your tummy just reposition yourself and go back to sleep. Not a big deal. You shouldnt be purposley sleeping on your tummy though. In a few months you won' even be able to lay on your tummy, on prupose or otherwise.

your baby is welll protected in the amniotic sac so she wont be harmed. but its not the best. try to sleep with pillows all around so you dont roll over. if you do wake up on your tummy just correct your position right away.

As long as you are comfortable it should be ok to sleep on your stomach. I slept on my stomach as long as it was comfortable. If you are really worried about it just check with your doctor.

well you erally aren't supposse to sleep on your stomach. You are supposse to sleep on your left side.

Try buying a body pillow. That usually keeps you in one spot for the night.

I was always told when I was pregnant not to lay on my belly because it was not good for the baby. I would discuss it with your doctor.

I slept on my stomach until I was too big to do it comfortably. It's all about what you are comfortable with!

There's really no worries!
