Yes it is possible for a man to be raped by a woman. There are legal documented cases of it. Emotional blackmail and threatening to ruin careers are some of the tools used by a female rapist. Ok so she may not be as strong physically, but consider the power of the phrase "I'll sue you for sexual harrassment." Or "I'll have you arrested for rape." even when the man has done nothing wrong to begin with. Why is it so easy for everyone to believe a woman can be raped by a man but not the other way around? Women are just more devious about it. Though one person mentioned it can't be rape if the man has an erection, wrong. An erection is a physical reaction, it does not require willingness on the part of the man to get an erection. They happen when they happen, whether the man wants them to or not. Just like females who orgasm during rape, does not mean they are willing, it is simply a physical response to specific stimulation. In answer to the question here, however. If the woman has been found guilty of rape, then she would be in jail and the child support issue a moot point. If the rape was not reported, then you're really in a bind. If you are actually the biological father, and she sues you for child support, then yes. It really is in the hands of the court to decided 1. if there was a rape and 2. if you are assigned to pay child support. I would also require a paternity test. If she did it to you, who's to say she didn't do it to someone else?

No, he should not, but you can see how hard this would be to prove just by looking at some of the other answers to this question. A lot of these people don't even realize it's possible for a man to be raped by a woman. I always thought that it was common knowledge...if someone forces someone else to do a sexual act, that is called rape, no matter what their genders are. A man can be aroused against his will. It's a physical reaction, not a psychological one. I really do feel sorry for male victims, because they are often stigmatized by society for supposedly not being able to defend themselves. That's why many of them do not come forward.

No. BUT I would expect him to report this rape as soon as it happened NOT after he finds out she is pregnant. Otherwise, it can be seen as a scheme to avoid the responsibilities that come with fatherhood.
Any man that admits to being raped by a woman deserves to be let off the hook on the child front!

I'm not so sure about rape or sexual assault, awfully hard to prove when the victim is male and the suspect is female. However, I did hear of a case where the woman performed oral on a guy and saved his sperm, took it to a fertility clinic, had herself successfully impregnated and had a baby. She then sued the guy for child support and the judge sided with her, stating he was the father and the original sex act was consentual. Crazy, huh?

Yes, and they should be jack-slapped (repeatedly).
Not to seem insensitive, but how may I ask is that even possible!? Unless, the terror of being raped by a woman excites such a man, how can an alleged male victim maintain "performance," under such circumstances? There are men whom have been sexually assaulted by women, but I have yet to see a verified case whereas a man was actually "raped," by a woman and produced offspring from that incident, unless your talking about drunk and maybe taken advantage of. I'm sure the legal & medical community would like to know too.
