Shower, wash your hair, brush your teeth, keep yourself in shape. ;)

Your wife has to get her own sex drive back, if she wants to, but you can help make the path easier by being attentive in areas other than your sex life. LISTEN to what she has to say; you don't have to solve all her problems or issues, but let her know you are interested and you are HEARING what she's telling you.

Help around the house so she doesn't feel like a maid. When a woman has to give of herself all day long to a boss, coworkers, clients, school demands, kids, husband, by the end of the day she isn't interested in giving her last bit of energy to anyone.

Tell her she's desirable and beautiful. Don't think that walking past and grabbing her butt or boob is going to turn her on. Foreplay takes hours, and not just in the bedroom. Bring her flowers for no reason. Ask her out on a date and make the plans YOURSELF. Ask her to watch a favorite TV show with you and let her hold the remote. Offer to drive her somewhere if the weather is bad; fill her car tank with gas so she doesn't have to; go shopping with her and tell her you'll carry the bags into the house.

Make life easier for her in general so she'll have the energy, interest and desire to make love. If it seems none of those things work, talk with her. Perhaps she has a physical problem that needs a medical solution. Don't be accusatory; be caring when you bring up the topic.

Many good advises are already given. Is she pre menopausal, to busy with work and children? Tinkies =two incomes no sex. Is there tension between you both, money and power issues will decrease sex drive. You can start sleeping less and do more physical work that will diminish your sex drive....Many factors to address. Be positive and picture your both happy and having fun. It is really great that you are willing to find the solution. Ask her if she want to find a solution too….ask her what she wants…????

Get down on it boy!!! Chomp the Rug - Dive the Muff -

Or simply try being nice to her - seduce her gently - stroke her neck - nibble her ears - don't do the normal man thing - jump in like a bull in a China shop - then roll over and go to sleep!

Cuddles and Hugs etc etc etc - you're married now - it's not a quick fumble behind the bike sheds anymore!

That is difficult to answer without you giving more details about the situation at hand. There are many reasons why a woman will lose her desire to have sex with a spouse or a partner.Maybe it is you.Do you take care of yourself? Are you fit? Are you treating her gently.Did you cause her to lose interest? Talk with her,and remember you can't force her to have sex with you if she has no desire.

She needs to see her doctor first to find out if a medical problem is causing it. Once the doc checks and there is no medical cause for it the doc will recommend things to help her.
