BJORN

Björn married music journalist Lena Kallersjö after his breakup with Agnetha on January 6, 1981, and the marriage produced another two daughters, Emma (born in 1982) and Anna (born in 1986).

Ulvaeus and Kallersjö live in Stockholm. From 1984 to 1990 they resided in the UK where Ulvaeus founded an IT-business together with his brother.

Ulvaeus is a member of International Humanist and Ethical Union's Swedish member organisation Humanisterna and was awarded their annual prize, Hedenius-priset, in 2006.


AGNETHA

In 2004, she was nominated for Best Nordic Artist at the Nordic Music Awards (but did not win), and during Christmas of that year, for the first time in almost 20 years she gave an extensive interview which was filmed by the Swedish TV. In 2005, Sony Music released a lavishly produced 6 CD boxed set comprising Fältskog's Swedish solo career before ABBA.

The Daily Mirror in December 2006 revealed that Agnetha was recording a new album, for release in 2007 with all new songs. However, not much more is known about this.

In January 2007 Agnetha appeared at the final performance of Mamma Mia! in Stockholm (as she had at it's opening in 2005). Together with ex-husband and former colleague Bjorn, she appeared on stage at the after show party held at Stockholm's Grand Hotel. She also sang a duet, True Love, with Tommy Korberg of Chess fame.

She currently lives on the Swedish island of Ekerö. She was perceived as being a recluse for a while, although she claims that to be untrue, saying she just didn't court publicity, but has recently been seen at some public functions. She was a surprise guest at the Stockholm premiere of Mamma Mia! in February 2005.


FRIDA

On August 26, 1992, Lyngstad married her longtime boyfriend, Fürst (Prince) Heinrich Ruzzo Reuss von Plauen (May 24, 1950–October 29, 1999), born from the German father of Reuss family and the Swedish mother. Upon marriage, Lyngstad acquired the title of Her Serene Highness Princess Anni-Frid Reuss von Plauen. Von Plauen died of lymphoma in 1999. Two years before that, in 1998, Lyngstad's daughter Ann Lise-Lotte Casper (February 25, 1967–January 13, 1998) was fatally injured in a road accident in the United States where she lived. Through Lyngstad's marriage to Plauen who was a student at the same boarding school as the reigning King of Sweden she became acquainted with the Swedish Royal family and eventually became close friends with Sweden's Queen Silvia. Today, Anni-Frid still resides in Switzerland, and engages in charity work - drug prevention in particular. Her interest in a music career is non-existent, a fact she revealed in an interview for her DVD called Frida The DVD which was released in conjunction with her 60th birthday in 2005.


BENNY

During his post-ABBA career Andersson won four Swedish Grammis Awards, and together with Ulvaeus received the Special International Ivor Novello Award from The British Academy of Composers and Songwriters , the Music Export Prize from the Swedish Government, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Swedish Music Publishers Association (SMFF). In 2002, Andersson was given an honorary professorship by the Swedish Government for his "ability to create high-class music reaching people around the world".
