I think that generally Wolverine would win in most fights, if for no other reason than that he can heal himself. Pretty much the only way to kill him is to decapitate him or switch his powers off. Even if Wolverine didn't have claws, he could still last forever since he just heals himself as he fights.

I would have to say Ghost Rider because of his abilities and traits, like Hellfire. But it will be a very interesting fight to witness with Wolverine attacking with all of his rage and Ghost Rider shooting fire balls everywhere. In order to produce an effective fight it must take place at night because Ghost Rider is only the Rider at night. Im going to go see the movie this weekend I can't wait.

I'd have to say Ghost Rider, I haven't seen it, but ghost rider is most def!!

Wolvie is NOT that tough. Just get Magneto or some other idiot with magnetism and Wolvie is history.
As for Ghost Rider, there are tons of characters, both good and bad who could shred him.

Wolverine, most definitely.
His claws can cut through anything, even demon flame skeletons. He's a very skilled fighter and a survivor.
Plus, he's much cooler.
