Pan's Labyrinth made me think about things a lot. I still haven't decided if I like it or not.... and I saw it several weeks ago.

I really loved The Queen. The film portrayed the struggles between personal politics and public politics for someone like Queen Elizabeth. I think she was portrayed in a very empathetic light considering the situation and the public outpouring of emotion over Diana--a woman that was at odds with the royal family and who succumbed from the same personal/public image and behavior issues. Quite lovely.

Children of Man was an awesome flick. Kinda gets into some religious themes, and pretty intense. it showed the good and the bad side of Humanity.

Pan's Labyrinth, which i watched yesterday is still playing in my mind. I enjoyed Babel, which made me wonder how little things connect and how the world is really a small place.
