In any sport your mind can limit you. Half of quickness is being prepared to make a decision so you can make the right move when the time comes, rather than a quarter second later. Other than that, I'd say that coaches, quarterbacks, wide receivers, and the secondary are the people that need to use their brains half the time--there is a little chess game to predict where people will go next.

No, 90% of a football game involves us watching everything but the players actually playing football. Wether it's commercials, or announcers telling us their opinions, or watching instant replays, it's always something, but it sure as hell ain't the game.
