Lots of things. But frankly, stop eating would be a good start. I hope you are not one of these people who says "but I don't really eat THAT much". If you're fat you may not be getting enough exercise. If you're OBESE you are definitely eating too much. So just stop. Get to a good nutrition website to tell you what an appropriate meal is and stick to it. Ofcourse if you are obese you have developed a "habit" of eating (as opposed to just eating when hungry) so you will have to find substitutes for this habit. Try new activities (i.e. exercise, reading, puzzles, writing, art, etc) and incorporate those in your daily routine at the times that you would normally grab a "snack". I'm not trying to be judgemental here, I'm just trying to state the facts. You can choose to be who you want to be without playing the blame game of parents, genes, tragedies, etc. Get up and get on with it. Best of luck in the voyage to the REAL you.

You have to contact a Gym that caters to clients with problems on obesity. They have a complete program that suitably answers your problem. You know controlling your appetite coupled with exercise does not totally solve your problem. What you need is proper exercise and diet under the supervision of a gym instructor.

Ask your doctor for a recommendation on program (or dietitian) that may help you. Your health condition is something to discuss with the doctor before you go on any diet or exercise.

Another thing: get a support group when you are in a program. Support from friends or same situation people are one major key of success.

Eat 50% lesser than you usually eat , you do not need to change the things u eat but just reduce to a smaller portion .

If you can do a bit of exercise , that is the best . Exercise can help to speed up your weight loss . But if you can't , it is ok too .

Finally , do not be impatient ! Remember , reduce your eating portion !

Eat MORE fruits, vegetable, fish, nuts.

Eat LESS fatty meat, ice cream, chocolates

Do exercise but don't overexert yourself. Start slowly but remember warm-up first. That's important.

Finally, don't expect results overnight. All the diet ads. saying you'll lose so many kgs in so many days NEVER works, believe me!!

Give yourself 6 months & you'll see some results.

im sarcastic of course.

i guess keep trim to be healthy... but if you want to be thin just because that's the world's idea of beauty, then think abt it..

excercise lor... or even just eat smaller portions.

think big (as in long term lah.... )
start small (starting big, almost hard to carry out)
build deep (resolve)
