i'm a model, so i have had 3 trainers in the past.. so they've taught me a lot. first of all.. drink nothing but water and SOME natural fruit juices for a while. low fat milk is also okay. eat meat because you need protein and energy for the exercise you'll be doing =] .. but not fatty meats. eat meats such as turkey and chicken. DEFINITELY stay away from beef, sausage, pork, or ham. basically any red meats are horrible for cholesterol, which most obese people have high amounts of, but don't worry that can be fixed once you start dieting and exercising. and red meat's also horrible for losing weight!... actually, i forgot which brand, but a brand of cheese just came out with i think 75% fat free cheese, and it's actually really good.. and nothing's fake in it!! i usually have grapes, the low fat cheese, and whole wheat crackers as a snack sometimes. also, if you like hummus, that's a god snack as well. oatmeal is actually very good for weight control and cholesterol. special K actually tastes very good, and the bars are actually very decent as well. they have many flavors now. have a bowl of special K in the morning with maybe some low fat milk and bananas, blueberries, or strawberries. that's a very nutricious, yet yummy breakfast. i've actually been a little overweight, and i know that's hard to think because everyone thinks models are skinny their whole lives, but that's not true. at about 14, i was about 20 lbs overweight. and TRUST me.. there will DEFINITELY be those times for the cravings of fries, burgers, chocolate cake, pizza.. u know them all =].. but u just have to tell yourself "i may want it for about an hour, but i'll regret having it when i can't lose weight".. or if you're trying to impress someone special, be like "is this piece of cake, or this slice of pizza really gonna help me get where i want to go?".. basically, be smart and think before you eat.. think about this.. in the long run.. all the girls will want you =].. you'll feel great about yourself, and you can actually have a piece or cake now and then, or fries and burgers sometimes.. once you don't have to worry about losing weight, or lowering cholesterol.. how great is that gonna feel!!! =] .. also.. now for the exercising.. =]... if you haven't exercised in a long time, that doesn't mean it's too late. start slowly.. maybe now that spring is coming, this is a great time for walks. just a 20 minute walk each day will help a lot. if you have a bike, and like that.. take a 20-30 minute bike ride, that's great for your heart, and losing weight... for the first few times, go with someone though, because sometimes if VERY overweight people do too much.. they can pass out.. but idk how big you really are. but just better safe than sorry. once your body is used to this, you can go on your own. next, maybe now for spring.. yardwork is actually great exercise. also, if you have machines at your house, or maybe join a gym.. go around 3 times a week. just use the stationary bike, eliptical, and tredmil for the first few times... than when you start all that cardio, you can then think about the weights. DON'T be embarassed to go though.. i know that's why my overweight mom didn't go, and once she went for a while, she lost 30 pounds!! she feels great now, and that'll soon be you!!.. i know when i see a very overweight person at my gym.. i don't think they "look weird" the least bit!! it makes me sooo happy and warm inside that people care about their bodies, and all i want to do is help them.

Well, First, go to a nutricion doctor, Will help you a lot (My dad lost 11,68 lbs on a very healty diet that the doctor has given him). Practise a sport o do excercise. I can recommend walking. If you have any park or a place where you can walk, do it. The first time you walk 10 minutes, another day 15, the otrher day 20, etc.Or riding bike. If you go to work by car, try one day (if is close, please don´t go 4 km by bike!), of course, after you are used to excercise!.

it really is a frustrating one, as for my area they're all remarkable albums. Off The Wall has some large experience-sturdy songs on it. mystery is the most important promoting album of all time, an excellent album. undesirable has a version of music sorts. risky has more than a number of upbeat songs. Blood on the Dancefloor has some thrilling lyrics. lots of the songs on there are remixes of songs from different albums. historic previous (best perfect hits) is a sturdy theory, because it has some songs from each and every of the albums plus some extras which at the on the spot are not on the different albums.
