Why should't it. Everyone has the right to believe what he or she wants and if their opinion is different than yours shouldn't matter. If people don't want to hear honest answers don't ask the question. Tim Hardaway should be praised for having the balls to answer the question honestly. Even if most people differ in their personal beliefs and think he is an idiot..he answered the question.
Your question is loaded. You should get rid of disapproval and insert "opinion".

although what tim hardaway said was in poor taste and maybe not the best choice of words. I in a way you have to respect his honesty (even though I may not agree with it) in a society that seems to be base on lie on top of lie.
I just have to weigh which is worse. The NBA lying through they're teeth and saying that they support this and that it's ok (sorry, i just have a problem believing them. they're saying what they feel is the "safe answer") or people not realizing when to keep their mouths shut (tim hardaway)
Your post should get some interesting feedback.

Homosexuals DO NOT belong in the NFL or any other sports. Tim Hardaway had all the right in the world to make that comment and he was 100% correct.

That is why it is retired ones that come out. They look "brave" and "have courage" or whatever other crap the media wants to call it. Truth is they do it after they retire because they know nothing will happen to them. Yet the media tries to make it look like they are doing something so great. Then they talk about how horrible someone like Tim Hardaway is for telling you how he really feels.

No. At one aspect basketball ruled by technique of Irish. Latinos are taking on in Baseball. with the help of out historic previous activities have continuously been ruled by technique of an identical human beings. those who're financially oppressed and see that activities might want to be an particularly quickly thanks to get acceptance, a loose practise or riches previous something a well being care provider, felony professional or instructor might want to ever see. And why those activities? again, economic. you want little or no funds to play basketball, football, baseball or have 'races' on your community conventional. now no one has a pool or tennis courts, or may have adequate money each and every of the kit for hockey, golf, badminton.

I think whoever has a problem with it will have a problem with it. Whoever approves of it will approve of it. Yes this is America, neither opinion is right and neither is wrong we all have the right to make up our own minds. I think if you speak out like Tim did you should not be thought of as an evil and hateful person as people will treat him. Its his opinion he's not asking me or you to feel the same way is he? The problem it seems is that if you are against homosexuality, and speak out about it, you will be thought of as evil, stupid, simple minded, hateful, and lose credibility like Tim no doubt will. Everyone should be FREE to speak their mind so long as it doesn't promote violence or unlawful acts. No one should have to hold in their distastes for anything regardless of how it makes them look. And no one should have to hold in being gay to please the crowds.

I don't think sexual preference makes any one less of an athlete or a person if someone is disgusted than maybe they should ask themselves Why? They are probably the person they should be disgusted about because they may be predjudice!
