Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins the second Sunday in March, this year March 11, at 2AM.

Previously, DST began the first Sunday in April, but Congress changed it in a law passed in 2005. This is the first year with the earlier start and later end of DST. DST ends the first Sunday in November.

Arizona and Hawaii do not observe DST. There are some parts of Indiana that have historically not observed DST, but that may have recently changed.

Please tell me it is a funny tale, and also you at the on the spot are not particularly that ignorant! sunlight hours cost reductions time is only a convenience to commerce. it really is a length, a counting gadget, no longer having the slightest result on the particularly global temperature. Oh wait, enable me imagine about this. possibly it does. As you recognize, once the daylight is going down, the air and the exterior of the floor commence to sit back off. So even as the nighttime rush hour occurs after sundown, likely it provides you a lot less more desirable warmth, because it really is being cooled by technique of the cooler air. possibly if somewhat of sunlight hours cost reductions time, we had darkness cost reductions time . . . yet then the morning rush hour is likewise moved ahead . . . your question is giving me a headache.
