No, sadly she is out for good, although I am not sure whether TPTB axed her or she wanted out herself because she wasn't getting enough air time. As far as I could tell, her part was going nowhere.

Probably not, I'm afraid. I think the actress that played her had wanted out of her contract months ago. I guess it took them awhile to sort it out. I suppose they could recast but one never knows.
