it is pulling apart. maybe setteling. in the spring get jacks and rasie it back up.

Depending on the age of the house its most likely going to keep settling. You could call a engineer or your town building inspector to see if its a foundation problem. To fix cracks dig out with a pointed object and fill with a expandable compound you will most likely need more then one coat also make sure that it is a paint able substance Check the roof flashing were porch meets house that might need to be re-sealed to prevent leaks. Depends on how much money you have to address the problem...typically this is a sign of settling in the foundation of your house. If it is bad and you start to see it in other places, you may have to hire an expert to come and fix your foundation. If not, then you may just want to do cosmetic repairs, which includes filling, mudding, sanding and painting the cracks. Some settling is to be expected in a home. If your home is newer and has a warranty, I would contact the builder.
