i'm fifteen weeks pregnant... I have been having problems with my teeth and gums lately. I went to the dentist last week, and had a root canal done which was appoved by my OB-GYN. Now, after the dentist check up... My dentist told me I have a cavity on my bottom tooth and can't be touch unless I get my wisdom tooth out. My wisdom teeth are fully grown, I could not take them out before cause I did not have insurance. Now that I do, I can. Well anyways... my bottom wisdom teeth are going forward instead of going upward... so I need a oral surgery if I'm going to pull them out. My dentist would have to send me to oral surgeon but he wont do it unless I'm comfortable with it and he said there's a slim chance that it would affect the baby.. but he said there's no guarantee... so he is just waiting for my words. My teeth are so painful right now, I can't even chew my food right.... Anyone went thru the same predicament I'm going through? anyone got their wisdom teeth pulled during pregnancy?

Yes I did. On my second pregnancy I went and had one of my wisdom teeth done because instead of it coming down it was coming straight out of the gums. I had that removed but they couldn't put me under. I had to be awake so that it wouldn't harm the baby. On my 3rd pregnancy I had the other 3 wisdom teeth taken out.

i just recently got my wisdom teeth pulled and had to go to an oral surgeon. i wasnt pregnant but id say if your having trouble with them you should do it. but actually rereading this. that doesnt sound right why cant you get the cavity filled till after the teeth are pulled??? you should get the cavity done first cuz the wisdom teeth take a while to heal. and trust me your definetly not gonna want anyone in your mouth after that for a while.

Are you unquestionably confident the condom did no longer wreck? while you at the instant are not on beginning administration different than utilising a condom, then i might take an hpt to study while you're pregnant. there is usually a threat, incredibly while you're 5 months with no era. while you're pregnant then you could get to a doctor and bypass out an purchase some prenatal supplements. i'm hoping all is going the way you like it to bypass.

I got my wisdom teeth pulled when I was 8-ish weeks preg. My doctor said it was just fine. I didn't go under, though.
