Lots of woman are extremely handy. It may be her idea for the toll box. Or in my case my dad wanted to make sure I had what I needed.

It's probably for all her makeup.......why on Earth do you assume that Women don't do DIY? This isn't 1950, for Gods sake. Of course women do DIY, just like some men cook and clean. If you genuinely want to know if she has a partner or if the toolbox is hers, you could always try asking.

The toolbox is to attract the guys - as in "Is that a toolbox in your car - or are you just pleased to see me?".

I have quite a few tools - including the essential ones that you carry in your car. Many women are well-versed in that area. We stay single longer than our mom and grandmas...we're considered an "independent" generation (compared to others). There's not always someone around to rescue us and it helps if we know how to help ourselves. :-)

Some girls are better mechanics than most guys. Of course it may belong to her dad, brother, friend that she did a favor for.
It means nothing, ask her, if it matters.
