what is "real sex" if she thinks she is pregnant then she needs to take a test.

if your sister did not have sex, then she is not pregnant. have her go get one of those early detection pregnancy tests and it will give her some idea. some symptoms are breast tenderness and maybe even some nausia.

ask her to take a home pregnancy test if not yet taken to confirm,that is the only way to tell if she really is pregnant or not

she can go to the drug store and buy a pregnancy test. fairly inexpensive and no one needs to know.
