whats therapeutic physiotherapy for the breasts???

You can also try taking a hot bath and let the water hit your breast. Then just take your hand and massage it and try to milk it. This so help I would do this when I had my son.

I'm not sure where the white spot is, but I'm guessing it's on your nipple? If yes, it sounds like you have a milk blister which often contributes to clogged ducts. Here is a good article that discusses milk blisters & how to treat them.

Cold Cabbage leaves help naturally. Just put them on the affected area. Also try nursing or pumping more frequently.

most drug stores carry bag balm. and all farm stores carry it. it's for the utters of cow. no **** get a can of it and rub some on and into the Brest's. women have been use n it for many years. trust me it works.
