Typically I ask the following:

What do you know about what we do and why do you want to work here?

What do you see yourself doing in 5 years? How does this position help you attain that job?

What specific strengths will you bring to this company, and how will you apply them to the position at hand?

Tell me about a situation when you had to handle conflict with a colleague. What was the situation, and how did you handle it?

Talk about a time you had to manage multiple projects with similar deadlines.

Anything else you would like to say that is not on your resume?

Why do you want this job? What are your plans for your future? Give me an example of when you showed your leadership. What are your weaknesses? Your strengths? What separates you from the rest of the candidates?

depends on the job. common one is "tell me about yourself". Also, why do you want this job? or why do youi think you'd be good in this job?
