With a regular bikini wax they will just wax the areas where hair would show if you were wearing a bikini but with a Brazilian bikini wax, they will wax it all off.

Bikini: Removing the hair along the inner leg that would be visible if you were wearing your bikini
Brazilian: Removing all the hair everywhere though some women will leave a little landing strip/patch.
I highly recommend Surgi-Wax "Brazilian Waxing Kit For Private Parts" if you want to do it at home. It's not that painful once you get used to it. You can find it for $5-7 at your nearest Rite-Aid or Walgreen's

Binkini waxes only involve the front privates, brazilian envolves both front and back.
