i was wondering if anyone had this done on the top of the shaft and if it hurt alot or not im curious to if it im proves sex or not and any pros and cons

I have had piercings for years, Prince Albert and Fernum, Thats all you need, Jacobs Ladder is only for the looks, PA and Fernum is great feeling for u and your partner. I am 49 and have a Master Piercer for a best friend. Dont do the Jacobs.

Sounds awfully painful. I've never seen one and I'm a virgin so I wouldn't know anything about it, sorry.
