Since you obviously already have a Yahoo! ID you can use Yahoo.
1) Decide what kind of site you want: A. Standard - Maybe require some HTML coding knowledge. B. WebLog - Very simple stuff. C. Other - Whatever multimedia you can think of.
2) The easiest is a blog or space. Go to http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=http://360.yahoo.com/ and read up. Then create your space to whatever you want it to be. It's pretty straight forward if you read a little first.

Do a google search on "create my own website". You will get lots of links. Some you have to pay for others are free. I guess the easiest is a blog (www.blogger.com) and they are step by step. Have a look and see how you go!

The best website to start of on qould be a piczo site they're very basic and great for starters. The instructions are mainly there you basically sign up and get going very easy really and everythings in front of you. Just have a play around with it and if you have any other problems just ask on here im sure there are plently of people with piczo sites.

1st by a host name (what you want it to be called). then you need dreamweaver (its a website maker) then design and add to ur host
