Well let me try to comprehend what you are saying. I dont think that you mean bandage for your nipples but I think you are trying to refer to a maxipad. If that is true well then you can still wear tights and a dress. Because the Panties, and tights are pressing up against you. You could also use a tampon as well.
If you are talking about your nipples well then depending on the size of them you may have to use cotton pads to help conceal them and you would still be able to wear a dress with out men gauking at your boosom
