How to decide what you want in your clothing store?

I am thinking about opening up a womens clothing store in the future. I was wondering how to decide what to feature in my store. Do you have multiple designers or do you stick with one? Any extra help would be appreciated.

Think of the demographics of the location of your business and try to appeal to them. Is it urban?

I tend to look for things by color so it would be cool to have areas of clothes according to color
