a few other girls and myself caught a girl smoking methamphetamines in the bathroom during class breaks. we all caught this girl on different occassions. my instructor asked me about it one day after class because one of the girls told him. so i told my instructor what i saw.
i don't know my exact reasons for being pissed...but i'm mad because they (the instructor and the dean) let the girl get away with it. so this means that if i want to snort coke in the councelor's office it would be okay because because all their going to do is slap my hand for it and tell me not to do it again? my mom said that there wasn't anything that the college could do about it. i disagree though. does anyone know what usually happens to someone that gets caught doing this on campus? any advice is appreciated. thanks and stay warm!

A majority of universities on their applications ask if you have ever been expelled, suspended, placed on probation, or been subject to any other disciplinary action at any secondary school or college that you have attended. They will also ask if you have ever been convicted of a criminal offense other than a minor traffic violation, or been declared delinquent by a juvenile court, or are there such charges currently pending against you at this time.

If she doesn't fit those guidelines, then she gets off. I mean you could contact the university and inform them of her "illicit use of illegal narcotics while at a secondary school."
