Queen Alexandra was THE QUEEN. She was crowned such at her husband's coronation - unlike husbands of queens 'in their own right' (like our present Queen) who are not crowned usually, but just have the title 'Prince Consort'. I know it's barmy, but then the whole royal thing is totally barmy, especially in the 21st century.
