A heart is no more than a life pump for the mind.A mind thinks,a heart beats.people that say,"listen to your heart" make little sense.

Well, everyone has the potential to change. I also think people are born with a sense of right and wrong. If the person is doing something wrong because they dont' know any other way, or if they are desperate for food, money, etc, that might be a situation where the "bad" person has a good heart.
Otherwise, I would say no. If people are "bad" it is because their heart is "bad". that is not to say they can't change though or have a "change of heart"

All people have good heart but its the choices they make that decides whether they're good or bad. Everybody have the will to change or to be good
btw good or bad heart is just a metaphor people really think with their minds and choose with their minds.

all hearts are good--but a lot of people don't act from the heart, they act from the head or from the genitals. You can think yourself into doing bad--you justify anything to yourself. You can simply react without reflection. But if you act from the heart you'll do what is right.

Heres a good one. Though there are those truly twisted people who embrace their evil side, in most cases human tend to honestly act with at the very least, concern for themselves as a motivating factor. Most people believe that they are trying to do the best that they can, and usually acredit there fall from grace to external pressure of which they have little or no control.

There nothing such as good or bad, it's just difference of opinion.
If a majority agrees with good it's good, and if they agree it's bad it's bad. so d thing is that even bad people do things, which there heart says is right (with which we do not agree) but again, hey it's there opinion......huh!!!!!!

I believe that there is good in everyone. Even the worst of people. It's just finding the right person or situation to bring it out of them.
