I would have a high side pony tail. Jelly shoes and a matching jelly bag. A swatch watch and some friendship bracelets
Tight stonewashed jeans and a pink tshirt with my favorite band lasered on the front (probably bonjovi or something reminiscent of the era).
I'd probably be listening to BonJovi's living on a prayer or Genesis' Land of Confusion, ooh no wait, Europe - The final Countdown.
