Do you mean what is each of these used for?

This is kind of a DUH question if you've actually been into a lab.

A pH meter is used to measure the pH of solutions.
A micropipette is used to dispense very small volumes of solutions.

well the ways that you use these tools is as follows...

Ph test (also known as Ph paper):

You get one drop on one end of the paper. You do NOT stick it into the entire sample. When you have done this it will change a certain color. the scale should come with the paper. Then you will know.

Micro Pipette:

first you should turn the dial or move it PAST the measurement that you want. Then move it to the exact measure that you want. (this makes sure it is as accurate as possible). Then you push the plunger down until you feel a resistance. Then you put the tip in a couple of mm depending on what size of sample you are taking. then you release the plunger. Don't worry the liquid should only enter the plastic disposable tip. When you have the liquid you place the micro pipette in the receptical you have chosen and then depress the plunger once more to the first resistance... then you depress the plunger through this resistance and it goes all the way down... this ensures that you expell all of the liquid and that your measurement is correct.

I hope this is what you were asking.
