Noise analyst - mines on a list of weird jobs!!
I measure existing sound at places where roads will be built (outside only on nice days) then I compare that sound with what will happen 20 years later (inside an office). This comparison is done with traffic forecast and complicated federal model. My major was geography which is actually two disiplines: physical and social science. Great questions! I'm interested in others' responses.

I am an ethologist attached to a behavioral geneticist study on dog behavior.
I mostly try to educate these social scientists I work with in the nuances of Canid behavior. I also need to handle the dogs, as these people are hopelessly inept with dogs.

My major in college was zoology, this time. I also have a BA in psychology, which is absolutely useless to me.
