Wade has already proven to be better then Kobe in every ASPECT! PAY ATTENTION!
Wade & Kobe basically had the SAME team! Wade ROOKIE year he had Odom, Grant, & Butler(they made it to the 2nd round of the playoffs). Kobe's 9th SEASON he has Odom, Grant, Butler, Divac, & players he's already been playing with and they missed the playoffs. WADE WINS THERE!
Wade & Kobe had to play against the SAME Pistons defense. Wade had a better INDIVIDUAL performace then Kobe(and Wade wasn't 100%, injured in 05 & flu in 06). In 04 finals the Pistons(Prince) totally SHUT Kobe down! They had him shooting a 38FG% with a point average of 22.6 ppg(below his point average), & 3.60TO%, in game 3 they held Kobe scoreless in he 2nd half. In 06 east finals, Wade averaged 26.7 ppg, 61.7FG%(& had the flu) in 05 east finals, Wade had a 25.8 ppg, 44.0FG%(& was injured). WADE WINS THERE!
There matchups & MVP!
X-Mas Wade had 40 p's & 11 assist to Kobe's 16p's,
Wade wins finals MVP & Kobe didn't!
WADE WINS!

First of all, let me say I have no love for Kobe Bryant; I think his character is despicable and the 'superstar' iteration of the Lakers represented everything that is wrong with the NBA today (ego, ego, and more ego...and a slice of ego to go with that, please).
That being said, you cannot deny Bryant's skills and ability on the court, nor can you minimize his accomplishments. You cannot argue that having the same teammates means you're comparing apples to apples - especially if you're talking about a difference in time as these players' bodies, abilities and talents will diminish with age.
Dwayne Wade shows great promise, but only time will tell if you can elevate his names with the other greats of the game. When he accomplishes some of the following, come back to talk about how he compares to Bryant:
- Most three-point field goals made, one game: 12 (January 7, 2003 vs. Seattle SuperSonics; first player to reach this plateau; tied with Donyell Marshall)
- Most three-point field goals made, one half: 8 (March 28, 2003 vs. Washington Wizards; tied with 5 players).
- Most consecutive three-point field goals made, one game: 9 (January 7, 2003 vs. Seattle SuperSonics; first player to reach this plateau; tied with Latrell Sprewell and Ben Gordon).
- Most free throws made, one quarter: 14 (3rd quarter, December 20, 2005 vs. Dallas Mavericks; tied with 5 players).
- Most free throws attempted, one quarter: 16 (3rd quarter, December 20, 2005 vs. Dallas Mavericks; tied with 6 players).
- Most All-Star Game three-point field goals made, all-time: 11 (1997–present; tied with Tracy McGrady, Ray Allen, and Jason Kidd).
- Most points scored by a player against a team in consecutive games: 112 (81 on January 22, 2006 and 31 on November 17, 2006 against the Toronto Raptors)
Holds shot-clock era records for:
- Greatest percentage of own team's point total (66.4% of the Lakers' 122 points)
- Greatest percentage of both teams' combined point total (35.8% of the Lakers' and Raptors' 226 points)
(both set on January 22, 2006 vs. the Toronto Raptors).

First of all, Kobe is the best player in the NBA, and he plays in a tougher conference. Second, he's one of the best scorers and one of the best defenders in the league. The year that Dwyane Wade had Odom, Grant, and Butler they were years younger, and they were in a weaker conference. Plus Kobe has three championships and D-wade only has one. The year that the Pistons beat the the Lakers; Kobe did all he could to try and win the series. He was getting doubled and tripled team every time he touched the ball. As I recall he hit a buzzer beater to win the second game of the series, and that shot was contested; also, it was a fade-a-way three pointer. Now the Christmas game D-wade did out shine Kobe, but that where my praise for him stops. I mean he is a great player an all, but he does not bring to the the table what Kobe does.

Shaq didn't show up against the Pistons when the Lakers played them. D wades a great player but every time he goes to the basket they give him 2 shots. They used to do this for Kobe , but not anymore. Also I think Kobe has lost a step this year after his Knee surgery. I think that has more to do with him giving up the ball more this year than him trying to get everyone on the team involved like the Lakers want you to believe.

Kobe is better, he has the intangibles and killer instinct that Wade doesn't. Kobe has better raw skills than Wade. Put Kobe on Miami now they wouldn't have a losing record at all this year. Miami Herald online poll: 68% of HEAT FANS would trade D. Wade for Kobe straight up.
