Giovanni is a good name for a boy, but Giovanna isn't very pretty. Ivanna is a very pretty name... what about Ivanna Rose? Jaelynn sounds pretty but the spelling doesn't look nice but I don't know any other way to spell it besides Jaylynn and that's even worse. Good luck.

Both girl names are cute, but Audrina Rose wins, please dont name her Giovanna. The name sounds a bit to masculine. like gregory turing into gregoria .. you see?
For the boys Giovanni Antonio is really masculine and nice

Most of them sound like made up names a 14 year old would pick for her fatherless child. Choose a name that will sound good on a college or job application. No one is going to hire Audrina.

How about:
Girl - Giovana Rose (I like this, very unusual and "Gia" would make a really cute nickname!)
Boy - Antonio Giovani (that way they will always share a name, even when some day the little girl gets married!)
Cool names - I'm so tired of "Emily and Joshua"!
