Usually the local media (tv, radio, etc) have a listing of schools and other organizations that are closed because of weather. You can always call the school district too to see if classes will be held.

Where I live, generally the decision is made during them morning - the district consults with the bus drivers, the sheriff, the police department to decide whether to hold classes, delay classes, or not have classes that day.

Chances are, your school is close. Just use intuition. The district or school itself is aware of the weather occuring, and they will likely close for the day. However, if you want to be sure, make a special trip up to the school yourself.

You don't have electricity yet you're asking for a website?

Anyway try your local council website or tune in to your local radio station (its website may list schools closed too).
