If there is natural beauty for long walks, clean cottages and spa admendities for a cheaper price, then you can count Norwegians as interested. It's all in the advertising and backing it up with good services.

If the Slovakians made Slovakia worth it then go with it, but I think that there's not enough tourism there yet so I would suggest you wait another year or so just to see and maybe make a research weather it's going to be worth your while!!
