Help settle a bet please. A friend has bet me that not only did Lt. Columbo own the building that Rhoda Morgenstern lived in on the TV series "Rhoda", he also made guest appearances while solving crimes, and once even arrested Carlton, the doorman for inappropriate gesturing. I say the building was owned by Thurston Howell the third of Gilligan's Island, and he often made guest appearances, leering lewdly at the buxom Valeri Harper. Who is right?
