That means don't take the pill dry or with just a sip of water. Take a normal 8-16 ozs and drink that over the next few minutes.

Jesus IS the Living Water: "A Samaritan woman came to draw water, and Jesus said to her, “Please give me a drink,” since his disciples had gone off into town to buy food. The Samaritan woman asked him, “How can you, a Jew, ask for a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?” Because Jews do not have anything to do with Samaritans. Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who is saying to you, ‘Please give me a drink,’ you would have been the one to ask him, and he would have given you living water.” The woman said to him, “Sir, you don't have a bucket, and the well is deep. Where are you going to get this living water? You're not greater than our ancestor Jacob, who gave us the well and drank from it, along with his sons and his flocks, are you?” Jesus answered her, “Everyone who drinks this water will become thirsty again. But whoever drinks the water that I will give him will never become thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become a well of water for him, springing up to eternal life.” The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water, so that I won't get thirsty or have to keep coming here to draw water.” John 4:7-15†

It means keep a glass of something with you at all times and refill it frequently. The best would be water, about 64 ounces per day. Following that would be tea and/or fruit juice.

Could be several reasons. Some require lots of water so that they disolve fully and will activate. Others drugs can crystalize in your urine and this requires that you have good urine flow so as to avoid stones. Some dehydrate you and you need to replace the water in your system.

Which drug are you concerned about ?

The pill is probably one that could dehydrate you, like one for decongestion. Or it is easier on your stomach if you have more fluids in there at the same time as you pill.

Yeah, that means take the pill along with a FULL glass of water. So, a full glass of water with each dose.

Some pills, like fiber, expand in your stomach, so if you don't take them with a full glass of water, they can begin to expand in your throat and choke you.
