When does Cody Posey get sentenced or has he?

I can only find info from 2006 but his trial just ended with a guilty verdict in Jan 2007. All the Court TV stuff is about Anna Nicole, I want to hear what happens to Cody.

Cody got sentenced to a juvinile center until he turns 21.
I think its insane but hey what do I know.

Who the heck is Cody Posey? Just wondering I dont mean to be rude but I have never heard of him.
