When he sings people forget everything and get lost in the song and when singer stops singing them come in the present world.If you r a singer then develop that purity in your singing which take away their senes.It would be difficult but not impossible.

A good singer has to do that first- sing! A singer should know how his/her voice works and can allow it work properly under any set of circumstances. ( I've sung shows when I've had the flu with fever, when I've had bronchitis, when I just didn't feel like it)
Once the instrument is mastered ( I'd like to see somebody go out on stage with a guitar, bomb the show, and then say, "I don't really know how to play it" and see if they ever get asked to do another show!), then one can move on to the showmanship part. Getting the text across so that everyone understands it, getting the emotions across, but without jeopardizing the voice, and letting the audience participate in the emotion are all hallmarks of good performance.
It's not just a question of getting out there, and letting go. You can do your own voice a lot of damage that way. Invest some time in yourself and have singing lessons, learn to read and understand music ( not just vocal), and find the spot in your heart where your feelings come from. Learn to take your experiences and transfer the pain or the joy into the song.
