I think that Anna Nicole Smith was murdered because the prescriptions were in Howard K. Stern's name. Since he is a lawyer, he can cover his act up. I think he is in for the money.
Anyway right now, no one really knows what happened to her. We have to wait for the results of the autopsy.

Stern's face and he's a guy who does no longer want anybody in his way. he's in all probability to feed Dannilynn to the sharks in the previous letting anybody else attempt to educate her paternity in the different case. perhaps that is why Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband threw his call into the picture because he's royaly and he will be the in trouble-free terms guy who can end Stern's grandiose schemes....

After everything I've seen, I'm leaning more towards an accidental death. The money she was supposed to get from her ex husband wasn't a guaranteed thing. The court only granted her the right to continue persuing the case. I don't know why anyone would murder her for a 'chance' to get all that money, ya know? If anyone killed her, (if I had to say who did it) I'd bet my money on her psychotic mother.

So many money grubbers are involved in this that it's tempting to point to murder, but I think she was depressed from losing her son, and possibly suffering from post partum depression. Add to that what I read that she was really ill from the flu, I'm sure she took some drugs to feel better from flu and depression and it went awry.

It's a soap opera now 4 guys want DNA test. They really want her money. We'll know soon enough.She probably dies of drugs. I doubt it was poisoning from the caster bean but she was throwing up a lot before she died.

Who cares?..leave that crazy wacko in peace...I know it's not nice to speak ill of the dead but come on...who didn't think she was a little strange? With her dead her daughter may actually have a chance to grow up normal....Too bad if I offended anyone.

i think maybe she had extreme emotional issues, especially after her sons death, unless they killed him first because they knew he'd inherit her money and then they did her in? anything is possible. i liked her though and i hate to see her daughter so young without a mother and all those men fighting over her like she's a piece of property. i think Howard k. stern should keep the little girl.

i think she was murdered...and I believe it was Howard K. Stern that did it and killed her son as well. I hope they keep him away from Dannilynn or she'll end up like the rest of her family.

HELLO?? have you been watching the news?! everyone wants her money including Howard, but the stupid skank OD'd......she had a pharmacy in her refrigerator!! taking 4 different drugs while your sick...........oh she was real smart!! I agree with po8t1....her daughter will finally have a chance to grow up "normal" without that drug induced freak.
