Do you do your crossword puzzles in pen?

I do. It is kind of a "thing" with me. Do you think it's a sign of OCD???

Yes I do the NY Times crossword puzzle as my father and mother did before me. I am fortunate as it was their dream to publish a Crossword Puzzle dictionary. They had done the NY puzzle for years and years and had added 20-30,000 words into the Crossword Dictionary they had purchased. I have a book ready to be published. Maybe someday.

I used to have an old math instructor who used to say people who do math in pen were arrogant. Same goes for crossword puzzles.

I do. It's a way to make sure that I know the answer is right.

It's not OCD. Unless you write out all the answers on a piece of paper before filling the crossword puzzle in.

No, because I always do my crosswords in pen. I have a crossword puzzle in every room of my house, including my bathroom.

It's not OCD, it's a sign of not liking pencils. The lead tends to rip the thin newspaper, the eraser doesn't work well on newsprint anyway.

I use ink, too, but I use a lot of ink to cross things out!

Haha. I don't think so... I turn my doorknob 3 times each way to make sure it's locked when I leave the house. That's pretty OCD, but I don't care. It's the only thing I'm weird with.

I do mine in pen, just because you can see it better and it doesn't rip the paper like a pencil would. I don't think it has anything to do with OCD.

No, with pencils so that if it gets wrong I can rub it and wrtie again!!
