Hi Cross
I worked at orkin years ago. Your problem could be an improper moisture flow barrier in the crawl space. call your local orkin rep.
he will do a free inspection on your home and tell you #1 what the problem is #2 how they will fix it #3 how much it will cost.
then after you see how they will fix it you have 3 options
have them do it (its usually high dollar) find someone to do it for you or do it yourself but,,,,, get orkin to inspect it free so you get an idea of how to fix it.
Hope This Helps

Mold grows where there is alot of moisture trapped. if you can keep air flowing thru out your home, it will help. also if it is in your bath area, clean with Clorox and vent the bathroom everytime you use a shower. you might want to use a squeegy to rid the bath tile of any moisture after every shower. it it is in your windows you can clean out the old mold using clorox and water and then wait for it to dry, and recalk the window sills. if you can rid the moisture from setting in, you should be able to get rid of the mold setting in also.

1, Try to find the source, or nesting area of the bacteria/mold. Where is it starting from?

2. Ventilate.

3. And, if you have gas heat and using a humidifier, use cold water.

4. Try telephoning the E.P.A., they might be able to advise you further.

If the mold Problem is smelly, you have it in your walls on the insulation. What has to happen is to take the Drywall out replace the insulation and then new drywall.
