I know this point has a particular name. What is it and is there a website where I can find it?

Example would be London being somewhere in the ocean off New Zealand I think.

The name you are looking for is Antipodes. There are any two places or regions that are on diametrically opposite sides of the earth.

Here is a website that automatically finds your antipode!

"Antipodal point" is the scientific name for the spot on the exact opposite side of the earth. There is a good map that shows what land areas are antipodes of each other at the wikipedia link below. Some interesting antipodal pairs include "Chile and China", "Indonesia and Columbia", "the big island of Hawaii and northern Botswana" and "Spain and New Zealand".
