Fair enough, many of the top parliamentarians are Scots, but surely they're there on merit and not because of some underhand Scottish plot to take over England? Toty's not Scots, but WAS educated in Edinburgh so it's an Englishman, who staffs the Cabinet. Besides the Westminster parly IS British, not English, and the devolved powers are limited.
I don't recall any English bleating about English MPs making decisions on Scotland for the 400 years(?) since the Union. 'Scottish Questions' was alwas once a week, after midnight and almost all the Tory MPs were English anyway.
