I mean can a positive ovulation test show you are pregnant if you didnt know you were?

Yes they actually say that a pregnancy will show up on an ovulation test after you ovulated and close to when your period is due....go to www.peeonastick.com and they actually have done experiments with the ovulation test and pregnancy...Good Luck~

Yes the hcg and lh hormone are better known as twins an ovulation can detect both lh and hcg were as a pregnancy test will only ever detect a pregnancy as they explained it to me the hcg wears a diffrent hat so the pregnancy test only sees that one were as a opk sees them both.i know woman ho have detected pregnancy from opks some woman have done it just for fun too
