Well, of course watch what you eat.......but to help target the belly I recommend doing double crunches. Try doing them twice a day...three sets and start with 15 reps each set, and work your way up to doing 30-40 a set.
To do double crunches, lay on the floor with your legs up and bent at a ninety degree angle. Whjen you bring up your shoulders to do a crunch, tuck your knees in like you're trying to make your shoulders and knees meet. Exhale through the crunch, and inhale when you are going back down to the rest position.
Good luck!!!

if you have stretch marks, only surgery will do the trick. If it is just a few lbs., then hit the gym. yoga is great for overall toning, but I have always gotten the fastest results running. I do a 45 min. workout 5 min warm up and then 15 min. jogging , increase the speed every 5 min. then for the next 20, alternate fast walking 2 min. and fast jogging or running for 2 min. since you aren't doing the same thing for very long the time goes by easily.

Girl, I am in that position too. My daughter is 14mths and I still have that tummy on me. I know what I have to do but always find excuses and not get it done. Girlfriend, we need to do some exercise, sit ups and other related exercise will help us. I am not a big person so it doesnt really show but I know it is there. Good luck!

I am 22 and have had 3 kids by c-section. The best method I've found is walking and the wonderful 8 minute abs videos. It really helped me! And it's perfect for busy moms, because it's such a quick workout!

time...but something that might help would be palmers firming cream. ALSO i read today that not only does red raspberry tea leaf help wth cntractions to put you into labor but it also helps contract after. you can drink it or rub it in your skin (look up how to do this) to help it firm your skin. i'd say drinking it would work best but i dunno.
